Fresh popcorn and a ride to shop at the mall made my B2 service maintenance a pleasant experience. Roy setup the tasks and kept me updated on their progress. He coordinated the people needed to address and estimate fixes to additional problems that we noticed. Trying for 250k miles on my 2011 ZDX. The god-of-parts willing.
